4.5 Triangle Congruence ASA AAS

ACCESS - AAA and AAS? Check the selectbox that says Show / hide AAA. Triangles ABC and DEF have three sets of congruent angles. You can use sliders to adjust two of the angles. Use points B and E to adjust the triangles themselves. 1. Are ABC and DEF always congruent? 2. Is AAA a way to prove that triangles are congruent? Why or why not? 3. Make AB = 3 and DE = 6. Is there a relationship between the other sides as well? Uncheck the selectbox that says Show / hide AAA. Check the selectbox that says Show / hide AAS. Triangles GHI and MNO have two congruent angle pairs (I and N; H and O) and one congruent side (GH and MN). You can use sliders to adjust two of the angles. Use points G and M to drag the triangles and points H and O to rotate them.
